Special Event Venue Commissioned Watercolor Painting

Celebrate cherished memories from the special events in life with a custom watercolor painting of the venue. Wedding, engagement, rehearsal dinner, anniversary, baptism, etc... the list goes on! 

Please read all of the crucial details below before ordering!

 Crucial Details: 

- Commissioned special event venue paintings are done in ink and watercolor on paper. A hand lettered name, address, or date can be added if desired.

- Pictures taken on a cloudy day (or at a time where there are not major shadows) work the best, because the colors will be the most accurate. 

- I can't paint what I don't know is there, so send as many pictures as you need to for me to get an accurate idea of the space, especially if there is something hiding part of the scene (e.g. if there are cars parked in front of the building hiding the sidewalk and landscaping, include pictures of the sidewalk and landscaping from another angle so I can recreate it in front of the building). 

- Let me know if there is anything in the pictures that you don't want featured in the painting (telephone pole, newspaper stand, parking meters, etc)

- I do not paint people, animals, or vehicles in my paintings. 

- Let me know if you would like me to include the foliage, landscaping, and sky surrounding the building.

- Once your order has been placed, please email me at gabyrddesigns@gmail.com with attached photos of the venue, any wording that you would like included on the painting,  and any other details or preferences I need to know before starting the painting. 

- If you desire prints to be made from the painting, please notify Grace Anne Byrd at the time of ordering so the image can be scanned before your painting is packaged to be picked up or shipped.

- Once the photos are received and the design has been agreed upon, the painting will be shipped or available for pickup within 1-4 weeks. If needed, I will adjust the shipping time based on the length of time between placing your order and the sending of pictures. (you will be notified if the details of your order requires more time)

- This painting is for personal use by the customer ONLY, and may not be reproduced for business, marketing, re-sale, or any other purposes without express permission from Grace Anne Byrd Designs (GABD). If you, the venue owner, or anyone else wishes to use the image for any business or marketing related purposes (including online or printed media), please email GABD at gabyrddesigns@gmail.com or contact me through my website to inquire about purchasing the rights to use the image. Once painted, the image is the property of GABD and may be reproduced by GABD for resale, marketing, and other purposes at any time.
